Personal Teaching Philosophy
Benjamin Franklin once said, "Tell me and I forget. Teach me and I remember. Involve me and I learn." I believe that a teacher's job is to create a positive learning environment that goes beyond the book and one plus one. Our job is not to stand in front of our students and lecture them. I believe that it is through guided self-actualization of ones self the learning begins and strives; teach them not to pass a test but skills that will carry with them throughout their academic careers and lives.
