Throughout Siena Heights Education Program, students demonstrate the following eight learning outcomes. These outcomes reflect the desired knowledge, understandings, skills, and dispositions of students who complete the program. Below is a description of each learning outcome as well as evidence in which I have shown that specific outcome throughout my teaching and learning experiences.

- Demonstrates an understanding of the impact of multiple intelligence's and learning styles on the learning processes
Evidence:
- Jenga Equations was a fun, interactive activity that allowed students to have a very hands-on-approach for reviewing solving systems of equations. This lesson incorporated many multiple intelligence's and learning styles. Students overall seemed to really enjoy playing and working together. They also performed great on their test!

Evidence:
- During my student teaching experience, I had the opportunity to integrate a flipped classroom approach. This was a new and innovative teaching methodology. To determine and reflect upon my teaching, I gave students a short survey.
